Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, videos, images and educational content within the CogCoach Brain website are the intellectual property of the CogCoach Brain research team (Professor Kaarin J. Anstey and collaborators) unless otherwise stated. These materials are provided for your personal use as part of the research study and must not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
- Personal use only. Your login is for your own use only. Please do not share your account with others.
- Respectful participation. Please use the website appropriately and respectfully.
- Protected content. All course materials are provided for education and research purposes only.
- Image licensing. Images and graphics are licensed for use within the CogCoach Brain study only.
- Voluntary participation. Participation in CogCoach Brain is voluntary and you may withdraw from the research study at any time.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used during your participation in the CogCoach Brain study.
Who is running CogCoach Brain?
The CogCoach Brain Moodle site is managed by the CogCoach Brain research team at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in collaboration with Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA).
What information is collected?
- Your responses to learning activities, questionnaires and goal-setting exercises.
- General information about how you use the website, including pages visited and time spent.
- Website analytics such as login dates, access times and chapters completed.
How is your information stored?
All study data are stored securely in accordance with the approved Participant Information Statement and Consent Form, ethics approval requirements, and applicable privacy legislation. Access is restricted to authorised members of the research team.
How is your information used?
Your information will be used for research purposes to evaluate engagement with the CogCoach Brain program. Any reports or publications will present aggregated findings and will not identify you personally.
Cookies
Moodle uses cookies only to maintain your login session and ensure the website functions correctly. Cookies are not used to identify you personally.
Your rights
- You may withdraw from the CogCoach Brain study at any time.
